What are your business hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm. Weekends are on a case-by-case basis. It never hurts to ask, so please do!

We offer on-site diagnostics and repairs for electrical systems, plumbing, water heaters, furnaces, appliances, slide-outs, awnings, suspension/brakes, and RV black and grey tank systems.
Do you charge a mobile service or trip fee?
Yes. As a mobile RV repair service, we charge a service/trip fee to cover travel time, fuel, and the convenience of bringing certified RV repair directly to your location. This fee allows us to provide on-site service at campgrounds, driveways, storage facilities, and RV parks without the need to tow your RV.
How much does mobile RV repair cost?
Our mobile RV repair pricing is straightforward and transparent. We charge a mobile service convenience fee of $100 if you're within 20 miles of Newport, Tennessee. Outside that 20 miles, the fee will increase. Once we diagnose the issue, we'll provide a clear estimate before starting any work, with no surprises or hidden fees.
Labor rates are $150 per hour, and the technician will be upfront with how many hours the repair will require.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, credit card (4% fee), and Zelle.
Are you certified and insured?
Yes. We are NRVTA-certified RV technicians, and we are insured in the state of Tennessee.

We strive to offer same-day or next-available appointments whenever possible.
Do I need to be present during the RV repair?
In most cases, yes, especially for diagnostics and approvals. Some exceptions may apply.
How often should RV tanks be cleaned or flushed?
RV black and gray tanks should typically be cleaned at least once a year.
Do I need to have water/sewer hook-ups in order to have my RV tanks cleaned?
Yes. All tank cleanings require a water source and sewer connections for the technician to perform the service.
